I specialise in simple, relaxed marriage ceremonies for couples across Melbourne and surrounding areas who want to get legally married without all the fuss.
Whether it’s just the two of you and your witnesses, a small gathering of family and friends, or a short and sweet ceremony before the celebrations begin, I’ll make the process easy from start to finish.
I’ll take care of the legal marriage paperwork, guide you through what’s required and conduct a warm, friendly ceremony that keeps things simple.

Co-Delivery from $650
I love working in a team, so with yourselves and your chosen 'Ceremony Facilitator' (such as a friend, family member, Religious Minister, MC, etc.), I will guide and assist you write your ceremony script and I will ensure all legal requirements for your marriage are properly addressed before, during and after your ceremony.
Includes:
- unlimited communication in the lead-up to your special day
- attendance at your rehearsal (if required) at no additional charge
- conducting all legal components of your marriage ceremony
- registering your marriage and applying for your official certificate

Registering your marriage
Following your ceremony, I will take care of all the necessary paperwork and register your marriage with Births, Deaths and Marriages Victoria.
I will also apply for your official Marriage Certificate on your behalf, saving you the time and hassle of organising this yourself. All ceremonies include the cost of your official Marriage Certificate, including postage within Australia, at no additional charge.
Your certificate will be sent directly to your nominated Australian address once it has been issued, providing you with the official legal record of your marriage.
Night-time Nuptuals
Night-time wedding ceremonies provide a unique, naturally romantic ambience, with stunning photo opportunities.
Night-time weddings can symbolize new beginnings and the start of a journey together as a couple.
I consider ceremonies that commence from 6pm onwards to be night-time weddings and I am more than happy to provide my fee for this service once you provide more details including time and location.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
FIRST MEETING
- To be at least 1 month and 1 day prior to the date of your marriage.
- Together, we complete the Notice of Intended Marriage (downloadable under the 'Resources' tab or I can provide).
- I confirm your identification with Passports or Birth Certificates and photo IDs.
- I provide you with a government supported document Happily Ever Before and After.
PRIOR TO THE CEREMONY
- I will have all the documentation ready to be signed by yourselves, witnesses and me.
- I will need to speak with you both separately 5 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony, to check that as individuals, you are freely agreeing to marry.
DURING THE CEREMONY
- I will say the legal words required under Australian Law (the Monitum).
- You say the legal words required under Australian Law (legal vows).
- Three Certificates are signed by both of you, both witnesses and me.
- Two witnesses aged at least 18 years must be present (you provide).
AFTER THE CEREMONY
- I submit the signed Certificate of Marriage to Births Deaths and Marriages with the Declaration of no legal impediment to marriage to register your marriage.
- I will cover the costs and apply for the official Marriage Certificate to be posted to your nominated address.
- I retain a signed copy of the Certificate of Marriage for 6 years.
- You retain 1 of the Certificates of Marriage (Form 15) forever.
- You live ‘Happily Ever After.’ .
